ALL FEES AND ASSESSMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL!
PLEASE FILL OUT THE PROXY AND RETURN IT TO THE DOVER WATCH OFFICE
EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE MEETING.
We need you and/or your proxy to guarantee a quorum. Your proxy will be voided if you attend virtually.
Agenda items must be submitted in writing one week before the meeting to be included in the printed agenda. Last minute items must be submitted in writing to the president before the meeting is called to order.

If you did not receive an email providing access to the annual meeting documents, please visit the Contact page, select Owner Support as the Request Topic, and complete the form with a note requesting the 2026 annual meeting notice to owners.
If you or someone you are assisting does not have access to a computer, call us at 802-464-2270 and we will mail the documents.
